You have been an AT&T customer for some time now. However, you want to cancel your contract and return your equipment.

You chose AT&T for your wireless, internet, or TV services because the company offers great prices and deals. However, you are now looking to cancel your contact, which means you need to return your equipment. Although you are unsure of how to do so. Fortunately, the AT&T Wireless returns process is simple and can be done through the post.

If you would like to find out how to return your AT&T Wireless equipment after canceling your contact, read this easy to follow article.

What You Need To Return:

Before returning your AT&T Wireless equipment, you need to know exactly what you need to return and what you need to keep.

If you have chosen to cancel your contract more than 14 days after your original delivery, you will not need to send back any of your devices or equipment. You will also need to pay a termination fee.

Whereas, if you are canceling your contract within 14 days of your delivery, you can send back your AT&T device, power cords, wifi gateways and receivers, and your AT&T remote control.

You should not return WiFi extenders, HDMI cables, Ethernet cables, or your satellite dish. Any equipment that you no longer need but cannot return, you should dispose of yourself.

It is also important to note that AT&T Wireless will only accept undamaged equipment for return.

Returns Via FedX or UPS:

To return your AT&T Wireless equipment through FedX or UPS, you need to visit a company-owned FedX office pack and ship location or a UPS store.

You will need to take your unboxed equipment and your account number. If you don't already know your account number, you can find it on your most recent bill. Your local FedX or UPS store will then be able to return your equipment at no cost to you.

It is also important to ensure that you are given a return confirmation receipt in the event of any postal issues.

Return Kits:

If you have been sent a return kit by AT&T Wireless, you can use this to complete your return.

Simply pack up the equipment that you need to return into the return kit and attached the prepaid shipping label to the box. You will need to place the prepaid shipping label on top of the original label and remove any other labels on the return kit. Your return will not reach AT&T Wireless without the provided prepaid shipping label.

All you need to do from there is drop your equipment to the post office or a local mail carrier, who can deliver your return to AT&T Wireless.
